Hello, PlayStation fans! It seems like every day there’s a new PS4 update waiting for us, but lately we’ve been experiencing some frustrating issues. Our PS4 is constantly telling us that there’s an update waiting for us, but when we try to install it, it says that the system is not connected to the internet. We’ve tried everything—turning off and on our router, restarting our PS4—but nothing seems to work.
