If you’re looking to stream videos from your PC to your PlayStation 4, there are a few things you need to know. First, make sure that your computer and PlayStation 4 are both connected to the internet. Second, make sure that the video format you want to stream is supported by your PlayStation 4. Finally, be sure to choose the right streaming service. Here’s how: To start streaming videos on your PlayStation 4, first open the PS4 Menu and select “System Settings.” Then select “Network.” In Network settings, make sure that “Streaming” is checked and set up for your region. If you’re not sure whether or not streaming is enabled for your region, check this page: https://www.ps4.com/en-us/support/how-to-stream-videos/. Once streaming is enabled for your region, open the PS4 Menu and select “Video.” In Video settings, select “Streaming.” Now click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen and choose which language you want subtitles in: English (US), French (Canada), or Spanish (Mexico). If you have trouble finding these lines in the menu or if they’re not visible when you first start playing a video, please check this page: https://www.ps4.com/en-us/support/how-to-stream-videos/. Once subtitles are enabled for a language, click on them and choose “Start Streaming.” The video will start playing automatically in that language and will include subtitles if they’re enabled for that language. If there are any problems with playing a video or with subtitles being enabled for a language, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-853-9000 ext 6010 or via email at support@playstationnetwork.com .
